Need help enhancing muffled voice

I have been asked by someone to extract the speech audio out of a video.

The video was recorded on a helmet mounted go pro at an indoor electric go cart track whilst she was driving around the track.

There is strong concern for the young girl who is wearing the helmet based on some of the stuff that can be understood.

A lot of her talking is very muffled and hard to understand.

Anyone have those skills? My skills barely rate amateur.

the video is 10 minutes long. I have the original video.

I have extracted the audio into .wav format but happy to share the original video if someone prefers that format.

The person who asked me to do it is very open to discussing payment.

Correct answer Rag and Bone

Search for  Mike Russell's tutorial : "How to Make Your Voice Sound Clear by Removing Muffled Audio and Reverb - Adobe Audition Tutorial."

If  things are too far gone for that approach, or you're looking for a one step solution, try  Adobe Podcast.

Be aware that the enhancement process uses AI to reconstruct the audio, so it can produce unexpected results. Be sure to check the enhanced file carefully.

Another approach is to subtitle some of the dialogue, or use narration over the unintelligible sections.
