I haven't the foggiest clue as to what has happened to my audio. I had to dismantle my mic for a trip along with my mixer board, and now that I'm back home and on my computer, the audio can't even get past 10hz. Any advice on how I can remedy this?

I am not really clear what you are saying about your audio now? The above doesn't make any sense I'm afraid. Where are you get '10Hz' from?

Does Audition still work to play back previously recorded audio OK? What is your mic and mixer and how are they connected to your computer?

Misreading, I think. That should be 10kHz... and the chances are good that you've disturbed the mixer settings somehow - it looks as though it's been cut off pretty steeply at that frequency. Since Audition records pretty faithfully what it's been sent, there isn't much alternative. But if you want a better idea, then tell us the mixer details and, if you're using an external sound device, what that is.
