New Update & now can not directly monitor? Way to remove an update?

Hey all,

I just installed a new update awaiting in the creative suite and highly regret it!

Is anyone else having these issues:

1. MME stops working completey in Audition.

2. Audition not playing nice & refuses to see a working Focusrite Scarlet? Audition states Focusrite as not working. (It is and has been tested with another recording software with no issue. However, Audition fails to record from it.

3. Lost all settings previously set up in Audition. Had to reset all of my settings as they were wiped out in the update. Now can not directly monitor vocals during recordings as there is delay no matter what settings input under ASIO and only two options to choose from with no customizing for adjusting latency.

Please try disabling the "enable smart monitoring" preference located in Preferences>Multitrack>When arming tracks for record.

Yes! That works great Michael. Thanks so much. I searched the forums here for over an hour without finding that.

As for Audition not seeing the focusrite its fixed after several restarts. Now it sees it without any help from me. Unsure what it was there but it's seeing it now. Odd but happy they are communicating again as well.

One happy little VO back to work.
