Newest Audition Update: Ctrl + Mouse wheel only zooming half of the time

Question

I recently downloaded the update to Audition 11 and am experiencing issues zooming with my mouse wheel.

Most of the time it works but sometimes it just doesn't zoom. I edit podcasts so it's important for me to quickly zoom in and out of problem areas but this is frustrating.

What do I do to fix this?

Audition 12 CC 2019 is actually the latest version.As you say Ctrl + Mouse Wheel are we right to assume that you are editing in the Multitrack view? There is no problem with my mouse wheel zooming in either Audition 11 or 12. Are you on a Mac or a PC?
