Noise cancellation does not work

Hi everyone, I'm trying to clean some audio files for a short video I've made, we record with a F6 and the sound engeneer has recorded the tracks in a multichannels file, the problem is that when I try to open a file from the multitrack to the waveform to clean it up it show me this message on the noise rediction panel: "The channelization of the current noise print does not match the channelization of the active file. For optimal result, capture a new noise print from the active file".

of course I've capture the noise print from the file I'm working on and I don't know what to do

You appear (on the face of it) to have three channels of audio, presumably in a 6 channel file. If this is the case, then you need to copy and paste the audio into a new file that represents the actual number of audio channels that are recorded - presumably three. Then you need to select a part of the track that is just noise (no wanted sound) and use this as a basis for cleaning the rest - but you need to select that noise print from all three tracks, otherwise you'll run into the same problem. It's easy to create an appropriate 'container' for your three channels - just start a new file, and you get options to choose or customise the number. Since it's from an F6 I'm assuming that these are Floating Point files. If they are, then just to make it easier to see what you are doing, I'd normalize them all first to about -2dB. This would make it a lot easier just to select the noise.
