Noise print no longer working

I recently upgraded to Audition 2017 and noise print stopped working immediately.

I noticed in another recent discussion here that others have had the same issue, and that one person had reinstalled Audition 2015 and noise print was working again.

Today I reinstalled Audition 2015.2 but noise print still isn't working for me.

I'm working on a MacBook Pro with OSX El Capitan.
