Noise Reduction has problems now!

Every time I use noise reduction it gives me a A severe error was encountered (Code C0000094). message. Or when I capture noise print then select all then goto Noise reduction and move the sliders no noise move at all. I try over and over again. Before it would work sometimes but now it just doesn't.

For the amount we pay per month you would think that they would get this fixed immediately. I tried talking to troubleshooting and they were no help either

Is it possible to revert to the previous version? I can't see any option for that in the CC app. As long as it's crashing on one of the features I need most, it's currently of no use to me and holding me back in some work I need to do.

Hey Adobe - why don't you cancel or postpone the latest audition update until this is resolved - this is a key feature and it's clearly going to effect a lot of users.

A bit difficult to do once the stable door is open. However it also clearly doesn't affect many other users. You only get to hear from the unfortunate few who have the problem on forums, not the majority that don't.

I would say that noise reduction is one of the more commonly used features and if there's a problem with that it would affect a lot of people. For every person who posts on the forums I guarantee that there would be a lot who have the problem and don't post.

If you are using the latest version of Audition CC and if you do a very quick search on recent posts in this forum you will see this problem, albeit with perhaps different error codes, is something being experienced by several users. The developers are aware, I understand.
