Noise Reduction (Process) Nothing Pops Up or Happens!

I can't seem to find similar threads that aren't just complaining about noticing a difference after running the process.

My issue is: Literally nothing happens when I click on "Noise Reduction (Process)". Nothing at all...

I capture a noise print, select the full clip, click the Noise Reduction... nothing. Try w/o capturing a print and still nothing.

I've re-installed Audition and rebooted. No luck. What is going on?

Presumably all other effects are working OK except for Noise Reduction?

Yes, everything else I've run (even Adaptive Noise Reduction) works fine, just not the normal Noise Removal (Process).
