Noise reduction suddenly stopped working

i have an mp3 file

i captured a noise print and reduced the noise from the entire file successfully the first time

after that any noise print i capture and apply noise reduction process stays the same and is not applied.

My software is the latest version

Please help

The obvious thing is to make sure that you've clicked on 'Select Entire File' before you start processing - but assuming you've done that, then can you show us a screengrab of your Noise Reduction effects panel, and the settings?

Thank you for taking the time to reply and help out.

Yes i have made sure to click on ' Select Entire File ' before processing. For some odd reason, it works like a charm the first time i use it. Then i go to apply it again and nothing happens after i click apply . I read somewhere that switching the file from mp3 to wav fixes this; I tried that and it didn't work. Only worked one time.

I forgot to mention that when i capture the noise print and apply noise reduction it works fine every single time . But when i capture the noise print and then select the entire file and apply it, nothing happens.
