Which version of Audition do you have? Is it the latest CC 2018 11.1?
During the 50 seconds whilst you wait for Audition to load do you see the green Audition splash screen picture for the 50 seconds? Under the Audition title on the left you should see text scrolling telling you what is loading. Does any of that text stay still for a very long time? Audition makes a log file when it is running. You can inspect the file from the Help menu 'Reveal Log Files'. The log may show what is taking the long time to load when you open Audition.

Au cours des 50 secondes tandis que vous attendez pour Audition charger voyez-vous la photo d’écran verte Audition splash pour les 50 secondes ? Sous le titre d’Audition à gauche vous devriez voir texte défilement vous dire ce qu’est le chargement. Ce texte reste encore pour un temps très long ? Audition est un fichier journal lorsqu’il s’exécute. Vous pouvez examiner le fichier dans le menu aide « Révéler Log Files ». Le journal peut indiquer ce qui prend le temps de chargement lorsque vous ouvrez Audition.

Le vrai problème est que lors de la lecture de mon projet en multipiste, le son de piste se coupe au bout de quelque seconde (les gains ne réagisse plus) je ne peut donc pas travaillé dans ces condition...
What soundcard are you using? Unfortunately built in ones are at the mercy of Windows which can mess with the audio settings stopping you hearing the output from Audition properly. For serious work it is always better to spend a little money on buying an external USB audio interface. This should come with ASIO audio drivers which bypass any of Windows audio interference.
Quelle carte son utilisez-vous ? Malheureusement construit dans ceux qui sont à la merci de Windows qui peut salir avec les paramètres audio, arrêter de vous entendre la sortie de Audition correctement. Pour un travail sérieux, il est toujours préférable de dépenser un peu d’argent sur l’achat d’une interface audio externe d’USB. Cela devrait venir avec les pilotes audio ASIO qui contournent des interférences audio Windows.
