NoiseReduction (process) Erasing entire recording

I'm having trouble in editing after recording.  After capturing an intro segment of audio for noise reduction (>Effects>NoiseReduction/Restoration>CaptureNoisePrint) and then applying it it the entire file (>Effects>NoiseReduction/Restoration>NoiseReduction(process)>SelectEntireFile>Apply) it wiping out my entire recording. I've been using this process for my VO recording in the past with no problem. Any suggestions?

Underneath the 'Reduce by' slider there's a check box saying Output Noise Only. Don't have a check in it by any chance, do you? 😉

    I must have had it checked through my entire recording session. When I logged back in today everything was working as usaul. I didn't know about the "Output Noise Only" box-Thanks!
