Nugen Audio plugin crashes Audition

Everytime I try to load Nugen VisLSM plugin it crashes Audition. I'm running Audition 22.0.0.96 on OSX 11.6.

How do I begin troubleshooting this?  Nugen VisLSM runs fine as a stand alone app.

Unfortunatly I've reported this for well over a year to both Adobe and Nugen. No resolution whatsoever. In fact I'm (relectantly) still running Audition ver.13.07.38 for this reason. It's the last Adobe bulid that doesn't instantly crash when instantiating the VisLM plugin. In fact *all* Nugen's plugins crash the app.

Thank you, Paul. At least I know there is nothing on my end that I can do.  I've noticed that on their website it states that VisLM is not compatible with Big Sur. But strangely the program runs fine as a stand alone application.
