OSX 13.6.3 and Auditon 24.0.3 Frozzen on splash screen

Question

on a freshly install mac silicon ventura 13.6.3 and adobe audition 24.0.3- the splash screen freezes upon opening. Some time it works ok but majority it cant open. I have to force quit to get out and try to reopen it.

All I can tell you from your screengrab is that the user interface is failing to open (assuming it sticks at that point). Something in your Mac is causing that to happen, and it's very unlikely indeed to be Audition. If it really crashes, there will be a crash log, accessible from the Help menu on any occasion that you can get Audition to open. If you copy the text from that and paste it into this thread, we might be able to tell you a little more...
