Overlapped clips support in Adobe Audition (13.0)

Overlapped clips has been reintroduced as a session preferences in Adobe Audition (13.0). This was a suggestion made by users on User Voice.

Exciting. The features we want are arriving.

 

I love it but I'm not sure how I'd use it. Generally, if I'm overlapping a clip, I place clips on different tracks so I can see what I'm doing. It's also worth to disable this option if you're using Punch & Roll otherwise you'll hear all your takes on top of each other!
