Parametric EQ band won't adjust

Greetings all, 

I recently updated my Adobe Audition software, and now when I go to adjust the Parametric EQ bands, they will not move or adjust the sound. Can anyone help me? I cannot for the life of me figure out what has happened. Thank you!
