Playing Back Audio At Faster Speed But Not Double Speed?

I would like to change playback speed to be much faster for editing purposes. I tried Edit>Preferences>Playback and in the line saying JKL, chose Double Speed. But that is too fast. Is it possible to go, say, 1.5 speed?

I'm afraid not. You can set it to half, normal or double speed, but that's all. I think a couple of in-between speeds would be a good thing too - perhaps put in a feature request ?
