Please add a single click adaptive phase rotator to fix waveform asymmetry

These days loudness normalization is one of the hot topics in audio.

Most normalzing algorithms and peak limiters chop off anything above -1 dBFS.

Please add an adaptive phase rotator to auto fix waveform asymmetry.
