Please Provide a tutorial on dynamic linking in Audition with premiere

Hi,

 

I see lots and lots of "how to improve your voice" tutorials and stuff like that on YT. No one talks about real life usecases where i need to edit the Video and modify sound at the same time. I thought the whole purpose of audtion is that its dyamic linked like i can do with PP <-> AE.

 

Dealing with Sound in PP is kinda aweful when it gets complex. So i would like to do most stuff in Audition. Exporting kinda works but how to do  some changes in PP then which gets reflected in Audition later on again ? My Preview of the video in Audtion is showing me an old version of the Video. How can i refresh it reflecting latest version ?

As add on info. I had to cut 0.5 seconds inbetween a PP Project. I can then send the project back to Audition, in audition i got a hint that some clips been out of sync. So i moved them to sync with video preview in audition. It looks good there. when i export it back to PP its out of sync. 

 

My understanding is that i can send the audition track back and worth from PP to adjust things.
