Plugins for Audition

So my Imac crashed and after repair I wanted to install the Nectar3 an upgrade from 2 for me.

I deleted the old plugins and did a scan for new plugins. Progress bar comes up but it just sits there. I tried scanning existing plugins and same result.

IZotope uses a Product portal which stays on the tool bar now not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Any ideas? Speak as if I were a small child or a Golden Retreiver, credit Jeremy Irons.
