Plugins selection not scrollablle, showing only part of plugins

Hi, I have trouble, I have bought 110 new UAD plugins bundle and got them successfully into the Audition, but it appears that the list is too long to show everything in the selection window during choosing plugin. And what is worse - this list in unscrollable, so I can use barely half of it. Can anybody help me, Thank you.

You can't scroll the list with your mouse - there are two scroll buttons you have to use: (I've ringed them)

Why it is not scrollable with mouse? As I mentioned, the second bottom button can't be seen. Maybe I know why - because the main monitor is 2,5K and this side monitor is only full HD so it is out of visible area. I have tried on the central monitor and it is visible there. But I need to have it on the side monitor, but fortunally, I can move through the selection with KEYBOARD ARROWS:)
