Pop-up windows is gone

I am missing the FFT filter window - i frequently used it, but now it does not pop up anymore when I click to get it.

The border (I'm on Windows) does highlight, or even blink, to indicate something else opened / moved focus to another window. Nothing happens.

I can still open other windows such as the Stretch And Pitch effect window...

What can I do to get it back?

Which version of Audition? Where exactly are you clicking to get it? Are you selecting it from the Effects/Filter and EQ menu? Do other EQ effects from there open OK?

Version: 2017.1.1

Effects -> Filter and EQ -> FFT Filter...

The other windows in Filter and EQ opens as they should.
