Possible to recover files on a different device

My computer broke and Windows no longer boots up (blue screen).

 

I lost 3 hrs of work. 

 

I am on a different laptop now. Is there any way to recover recent files within Adobe Audition?

If your files are saved only on the old laptop, the only way to retrieve them - assuming that the drive itself hasn't failed - is to connect the drive from it to a stand-alone external caddy plug it into your new laptop and locate them on that. If the files were located outside the laptop, then just go to where they are and retrieve them from there. But there is no magic about this, no mysterious way to get things back that isn't obvious; those are the only two options.
