Presonus Faderport w. CC

I tried Adobe's chat tech support, he remote connected me amd had no solution.

I connect the Presonus Faderport (single channel) the exact way Adobe's control surface support page tells me to.

Nothing at all works.

It is a lie that Audition CC offers "native support" for the Faderport. The instructions do not work, and Adobe's own tech support chat could not figure it out.

Are there any work-arounds?

Even the "button assign" section has ZERO of the Faderport's ACTUAL buttons. Crazy that adobe promotes native support, I spend all this money and its not true. PLEASE help.
