Problems with Audition when it is maximized. (Windows 10)

After I installed the latest version of Audition (as of 12/7/2017), I am having issues with the software when it is maximized to fit the full screen. Once it is maximized the top toolbar with file>edit>multitrack>etc... glitches and becomes unable to be clicked. None of the drop down menus can be clicked, I cannot drag the program around from the top of the screen, and when I try to do either of those things, windows acts as if I am clicking my desktop. If I right-click over any of the toolbar, I just get options for the desktop. The software still works, but this is a major inconvenience as it limits my functionality and part of my view. I have tried restarting the program, and even uninstalling it, but to no avail.

Anyone else having this issue? What can I do? Or do I just have to sit tight and wait for a new update?
