Problems with recording sound from the remote
When recording from a mixing console, strong interference, but when recording from a microphone, everything is fine. Question: can we somehow remove these interference from the recording?

We would need to know far more about your system before we could even begin to answer this, but it sounds very much as though you have a faulty connection, and the only way to remedy this is to correct it!
