Project from latest Premiere is 16-bit

Using the latest Adobe Premiere update, sending a sequence to "edit in adobe Audition" sets the project Bit Depth to 16-bit.  I see that the clips are 32-bit, but the "info" panel shows it overall at 16-bit.

The previous Premiere version from earlier this year always sent every project to Premiere as a 32-bit project.

Not sure why this has changed, but I have re-installed the older version of Premiere in order to get the project bit rate back up to 32-bit.

Is this a bug?
