Question

Pulling in a Premiere Project

I have just exported a project from Premiere CC (2017)  via the 'Send to Audition' feature. When I try to open the resultant XML it creates in Audition - it creates a timeline but says that the media is all offline. When I manually try to relink the media I get the following error message:  Error: This file is not supported by libsndfile. Code 2. System error : Too many open files in system.

I am editing on a Mac Pro with the current version of CC - the Premiere project is 43 min in duration.

Sorry for the delay in getting an answer to you but most of us regulars on this forum use Windows, not Mac so can't really comment on something computer/file related.

The one very general comment I can make is that it's essential you have the latest version of both programmes since one of the areas they're working on is constant improvements to the interface between Audition and Premiere Pro.
