Rack Effect - Hard Limiter menu window not closing.

Hello All.

First post.

I'm working in Multitrack. I hoped the Rack Effect - Hard Limiter. When I attempt to close the menu window, it does the opposite. Instead, it creates a duplicate window. I've tried restarting with no success. Any ideas?
