Rack effect preset not loaded properly in Audition CC 2017.1.1

Hey there, I'm using Audition CC 2017.1.1 newest version and since I updated the program I can't use the rack effect "Mastering" anymore with presets. If I chose any of the presets in the dropdown menu on the mastering-window, I receive an error message saying something like: "Preset (name of preset) was not loaded correctly." (in German: "Die Vorgabe (Name) wurde nicht korrekt geladen.") I have no idea how to solve this problem, can you please help?

The first thing to try (with Audition closed) is to go to C:\Users\{name}\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Audition\9.0 and find the file called EffectPresets. When you've found it, delete it.

When you next open Audition, this file will be recreated audtomatically, and hopefully your presets will be restored.

If you are using a Mac, somebody else will have to provide the path name to the settings folder, I'm afraid!

Try starting Audition with the shift key held down - see if they are recreated then...
