Rack Effect Speech Volume Leveller window won't close

Hi all,

I have a multitrack project and when tried to use the rack effect speech volume leveller function, the window opened to set values and now I can't close it. When I try to drag the window to the corner of my screen it duplicates itself and the original still can't be closed. 

I have closed the programme, restarted computer and made a copy of the project and the window appears upon opening the project every time.

Help!!
