Hello

I have Adobe Audition 24.4, and I have all set up in the right order, except when I tried to record in waveform, not a multitrack session, I cannot hear anything, and the only way is after the capture is finished.

On the other hand, in a multitrack session is possible to apply R and I inside the channel.

I'm working on Windows 10.

Thanks  for the feedback

Not being able to monitor an input to your sound device is actually a sound device issue, not an Audition one. As you've noticed, you can do it in Multitrack (albeit with a slight latency delay) but this uses a different mechanism not available in Waveform view. What you actually need to do differs between Macs and PCs, and you haven't said which you are using, although I'm guessing that it's a PC because this is far more common an issue on them.

If it is, you need to right-click on the Speaker icon at the bottom of your screen and look at the volume mixer settings, which ought to give you an appropriate option to monitor the appropriate input.
