Recording Favorites

I used to have a very handy favorite mapped out with a hot key; when I selected an area it would time shift it to 60% of its original length and reduce the amplification. The result was that loud intakes of breath were shorter and quieter. I found this better than removing the breath entirely in some cases. 

It was lost in some migration to Audition 2020 and now I can't rebuild it. Super irritated.
