Recording from You Tube to Audition

Recording from You Tube to Audition the sound quality is terrible sounds muffled and tinny

Audition will perfectly record CDs and also from my microphone, but not you tube.

I was online to adobe help for ages and the best the help person said was that I need "OS capture device for adobe audition windows 10"

I dont know what an OS capture device is

I have been able to record from You Tube since, well forever. Just this last week its gone weird on me

any clues any tips?
