Recovered File without Waveforms won't play

Hello,

I recently recorded two videos that I neglected manually saving. I assume that my computer auto-updated, since it returned to the lockscreen after a period of time. When I returned to Audition, it recovered the two files, but the waveforms are missing from both and it won't play. When I say that it won't play, I mean that audio won't play in my headphones. I tested another audio file and that plays just fine. This one, however, will not playback anything despite the playhead moving. Is there any way I could fix this issue?
