Reinstalling Audition

Trying to reinstall Audition (CS5.5) on another computer after other computer died, but it's not accepting the serial number from my license certificate. I think I remember hearing or reading somewhere that you first need to deactivate the software on one computer before trying to install it on another one. If that's the case, what can I do since the other computer crashed and there was no opportunity to deactivate Audition.

Would greatly appreciate some help here!

    You have only one option; ring customer support, who can do this manually. We can do nothing to help at all, I'm afraid.
