Remix 2 clips exactly the same way

Hi all!

I'm using auditions auto remix function to shorten tracks, which works great for me.
But I have the following issue:

I use 2 different sources, one track with vocals and one track instrumental. So both tracks are exactly the same, only vocals are removed from one track. I would like to remix both tracks exactly the same way, but the remix function does different things on both..

Anyone with a solution?
