Remixed Audio File, How to export markers?

Hello!

I've searched and searched for a solution but I'm not finding answers. Maybe I'm overlooking something but I don't think this should be this hard!

I found a track I liked, marked the beat in audition with markers.

I did have to mark the beat in the drums track, I exported that csv file and applied it to the full music track. - So far so good.

I then remixed the full track in audition to acheive the length I needed and the marker indicators show up just fine in the remix. The problem is I cannot export the markers from the multitrack so I can use it in premiere to help time my video clips. I can only export the markers from the original non-remixed files.

Is there something I'm missing here?  - Using Audition 13.0.0.519

Any markers you place in Multitrack aren't placed on files - they're just placed on the timeline, and stored in the session file. Those markers will make it into a mixdown, certainly - and you should be able to save them in a file, as long as it's a format that supports markers - like a wav file. But that's as far as it goes; you can only export them like that - there's no other way to extract them.
