remove throat click

This has to be a common thing...?

At 2.95  3.73  5.71 There are throat clicks. So more of a "thunk" then a "click" Fairly common in my recordings. I can go to spectral display, highlight them and auto heal to remove them. But is there a faster way to remove these. 

I have Nectar 3 and iZotope Elements. Don't know if one of those can help.

Any ideas, I would appreciate your time. Tnx
