Removing an unwanted voice throughout

Hi,  I am trying to edit a best mans speach, but there is a loud voice throughout.  Is there a way I can remove them at all?  I have seen all the noise reduction videos etc, but this is as loud as the speaker.

Noise reduction only works on continuous noise, so I don't think there's anything you can do at all. NR really doesn't stand a chance of removing something louder than the wanted signal either, so I'm afraid you're doubly stuffed with this one.
