Resolving Persistent Snoring in Adobe Audition on MacBook Pro with Windows 10

Hello, I'm using a MacBook Pro with Windows 10. I'm using a condenser microphone, and Adobe Audition detects the mic when connected via USB to a sound card, which is then connected to the Mac. However, after recording, there's persistent snoring in my voice, even after applying adaptive noise reduction. I've attached a sample audio. Are there any plugins or solutions to clean this up? This would greatly help my Bible project, which I've halfway completed in Audition, but the audio doesn't sound good.

The reason that this doesn't sound good - and there's no plugin 'fix' for it - is that you've over-modulated the microphone or preamp (could be either), and caused a lot of distortion. Distortion is inherently unfixable - even dropping your file into Adobe's Speech Enhancer doesn't remove all of it, by any means. You are either too close to the mic, or you have the gain turned up way too far. What mic is it that you are using?
