Question

Routing Bus directly to DANTE TX on PC using VIA

I'm using Audition on a Win 10 machine running Audinate Dante VIA.  For some reason I can only route the Mix bus to a Dante output.  I have VIA set up as 16x16 and CAN route the mix bus to any of the DANTE outputs available but if I route the output of a bus to a Dante TX it does not transmit.

Maybe I'm doing it wrong.  Here's what I want to do...

I want all my channels going to the main mix which I want to see on DANTE TX 1&2

I also want the individual channels to go to DANTE 3&4, 5&6, 7&8 etc.

When I route as shown, I only get output on TX 1&2

I can move the MAIN mix to other DANTE channels and it works, but running a channel strip directly to DANTE using a send doesn't work....

I'd love a response from someone who doesn't think a new user is a SPAMBOT nor would have that as a first impression.  This is my first post to the community.

I think it is quite clear from the various replies you've received that no-one considers you a SPAMBOT!

Unfortunately, I can't answer your core question but I can say that I reported a now-deleted post as AI-generated/SPAM.  You did not create that specific post, clearly!  It would seem a Moderator or Admin removed it so it is no longer visible.

Thank You.   Now that I understand the context and that I never saw the post that was removed, SteveG_AudioMaster's post starts to make a little sense.   Without the context that there was a deleted post, Steve_G's post can be interpreted as referring to my post if I read it without knowledge of a previous post.  Just trying to solve my problem.  For now I'm just using Luna as it works as expected with the DANTE Sends.

The above post looks to be AI generated, and like the last one, it doesn't address the actual issue that the OP has - this is always a bit of a giveaway. I noticed that you have all the channel outputs routed to Dante. If you do that, then none of them are going to be fed to the Mix output anyway - is this what you intended? In theory you should be able to use the track Sends to route to individual hardware outputs, and simply leave the track output routed to Mix, but for some reason here I can't get the track sends to route to a bus and actually work - which makes me a little suspicious...

@SteveG_AudioMasters_

Not only that, but I've found spam links in several of the account's posts. I sent this one to spam also, which orphans your post.
