Saving Mixdown Options

My Audition editing sessions usually culminate with File -> Export -> Multitrack Mixdowns -> Entire Session, which results in the Export Multitrack Mixdown dialog. There, I generally have to go into Mixdown Options and change from Stereo to Mono.

The choice never "sticks". Is there any way to make this choice stay for the next time, or to configure this choice?
