Searching Timeline By Clip Name

How is it not a feature? That's quite easy to answer. It's not a feature because the big-ticket users don't have it in their lists of features they'd like, and they are the ones that get listened to. Makes sense in a way, because they are the ones paying the salary bills. It certainly used to be the case that lists of feature requests were put to them, and they included ones that were made here (see the Ideas forum) but from the really small number of innovations there have been, I'm now beginning to wonder what's actually happening - if anything...

But in the same breath I should point out that the Audition developers are also now responsible for all of Adobe's audio developments across multiple products, and I suspect that this is leaving them a bit thinly spread. Unfortunately it is also the case that trying to get straightforward answers to any of these questions is now not easy.

Did this ever become a feature in Audition? The question was asked 5 years ago, but I'm suffering from this same problem myself right now. I've got a huge project with 50+ tracks and I'm struggling to find a clip. Would be so much simpler to use a "reveal clip" feature.
