Second track not in line with first track during recording

Dear Audition-users, 

The issue is: i starten a multitracksession (2 tracks)
Recorded the first track. After that i startet to record the second track.
During recording de second track a can hear the first track, so i play exactly on that track (with keybord).
Strange thing is, while playing back both tracks, the second track is not in line with the first track, altough i playd exactly on track 1.

Is upon mentioned a wrong way to seperately record tracks? How can i prevent this or do i ever have to line up the two tracks manually??
