In Audition? No, I'm afraid there isn't. It's going to be a tricky thing to do, however you look at it. Also, you have to bear in mind that this sort of repair is not what Audition is really designed to do - it's an editor. A more appropriate repair tool (although it won't do what you want either at present) is iZotope's RX software.

The best chance there is in the long run is for an AI system to be able to 'learn' the difference between the two (or even more) voices and provide separation based on this. As far as I'm aware there isn't any software anywhere that can do this effectively at present.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

@SteveG_AudioMasters_  is correct.

However you might be able to do it using transcription in Premiere Pro

Has an overview.

Within PP can delete a speaker. With a copy and doing this twice and exporting after each selection you might be able to end up with an audio track for each.

Not tested, just a thought.
