Serial number error

I had to reinstall a CS5.5 Production Premium and now it won't accept my serial number.that I retrieved from my Adobe account./

I'm afraid that all serial number issues have to be dealt with directly by Adobe directly - we have no access to information about registration details at all on the public forum, so I think you'll have to contact the help line directly about this.

Just to add, your best bet will be to look up the nearest Adobe Customer Support phone number for your location and ring them. Have things like your Adove log in, the old serial number, purchase date, etc. ready because they are bound to ask you.
