Setting Zoom H4n Pro for Adobe Audition use - need help!

Hey Folks,

I'm new to the game & wondering if you could help me out with an issue i've been having...

I'm trying to record guitar in Adobe Audition... the problem is a delay between what I'm playing & what I'm hearing. I'm wondering if there is a way to correct this.

As my post title says, I'm using the ZoomH4n Pro with Adobe Audition CC. The ASIO latency is set at 5.0m. Is there any way to solve my problem?

The driver sometimes also crushes for no reason and I have to restart Auditon. Especially when i try to change sample rate from 41 to 48.
