Severe Error Code 00000008 - Noise Print Undefined

We are getting these 2 errors (see screenshots). Need HELP! We are trying to 'Capture Noise Print'. We cleared Cache. We have the cache going to an external Harddrive so not sure if memory is an issue. See Screenshot of our mac version as well. Thanks!

Thanks for reporting, as SteveG mentioned, we're working on it. In the mean time, going back to a previous version is the recommended workaround.

If you're using the latest upgrade, then the problems with NR are acknowledged as a known bug and being actively worked on.
