SHIFT (RESTART) >>> DELETED :(

Sorry to bother but ....I shift restarted Adobe Audition CC.......(((bad idea))).... trying to fix an audio problem and it deleted my only session.....any hope ....anywhere of getting that project back?

    yes ur right i searched sesx. files and ....you should have seen my face!.... but im still  stuck with the original pro I was attempting to fix.... none my master channel is not getting audio from the other channels....i hooked up a stereo to use the speakers and it just stopped working...wav files work in single waveform view....multitrack works in  other sessions....just not this particular one...using M-audio seems to be working....anyway thx for the help!!!

    I doubt whether it's deleted the session - all a shift-start does is ignore your preferences file. What it probably did though was remove the reference in the Files>'Recent' list - which isn't the same thing at all. All you need to do is look in wherever your session file was stored, and it will be there. I think that if you haven't changed anything about this, it will be somewhere in your Documents folder, but I can't tell you exactly where, as I never store anything there myself!
