Shortcut to back up x seconds?

There isn't a direct way to make a shortcut for this. However there is a work around which might be OK for your purpose.

First make sure that the option for 'Return Playhead to Start Position on Stop' is on (right click on Play icon for drop down menu). Then use the 'I' shortcut to mark an in point as you play at the point where you want to review the audio. When you Pause the audio using the Space bar the Play head will jump back to your marked in point and Space bar again will then play from that point. You can then repeat Play/Pause until you have heard enough. Let the audio play on and again use the 'I' shortcut to mark the next review point.
